• Trinity Gateway: Zero-install AI development environment
• Trinity Framework: Open-source AI orchestration system
• Professional Services: Consulting, implementation, and support
• Beta Programs: Early access to new features and products

3. Beta Program Terms

Participation in our Beta Program is subject to additional terms:

• Beta services are provided "as-is" without warranties
• Features may change or be discontinued without notice
• Feedback provided may be used to improve our services
• Beta pricing is subject to change upon general availability

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities

5. Intellectual Property

Trinity Framework: Released under open-source license as specified in the repository.

Trinity Gateway and Other Services: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding open-source components) are and will remain the exclusive property of Trinity Apex LLC.

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create using our Services. You grant us a license to use such content solely to provide the Services to you.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Payment is due according to the billing cycle selected
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use

8. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers may be eligible for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which will be provided separately and supersede any conflicting terms in this agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRINITY APEX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trinity Apex LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Zero-Dependency Philosophy

Our Services are designed with a zero-dependency philosophy:

• You own and control your infrastructure
• No vendor lock-in
• Export your data at any time
• Continue using open-source components even after termination

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Trinity Framework is provided under separate open source license terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and the open source license, the open source license terms shall prevail for the Trinity Framework components only.

20. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations, including U.S. export controls and economic sanctions.
